Bart Petersen
General Counsel
Bart Petersen has been with Dohmen since 2004. As General Counsel, Bart oversees legal matters across the enterprise. Bart’s expertise includes commercial and business contracts, mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, joint ventures, limited liability companies, taxation, finance and real estate.
Prior to joining Dohmen, Bart was a partner specializing in business law and contracting at Michael Best and Friedrich LLP, one of Wisconsin’s largest and most reputable law firms. Bart received a Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin, Madison (cum laude) and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Colorado. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Wisconsin.
Personally Speaking – What makes for an enjoyable vacation?
“I enjoy bike riding, hiking, traveling and reading. We recently took a hiking trip to Glacier National Park. It was so beautiful and different that we’re planning a return trip this year. I’d also like to explore the Grand Canyon on a rafting trip.”
