Cynthia Frisina
Chief Marketing Officer
Cynthia Frisina joined Dohmen as its Chief Marketing Officer in December 2011. In this newly created position, Cynthia will draw upon more than two decades of extensive marketing experience spanning several major industries to guide branding initiatives and drive increased market share for Dohmen companies, as well as shape the strategic alignment of Dohmen community involvement and philanthropic outreach.
Prior to joining Dohmen, Cynthia ran an award-winning branding and digital marketing consulting practice focusing on healthcare, telecommunications, technology and nonprofit sectors. She also put her creative problem-solving skills to work launching the only national nonprofit pediatric foundation of its kind geared towards research, advocacy and education for children with Cerebral Palsy, earning her U.S. and international humanitarian recognition.
Earlier in her career, Cynthia led marketing departments for global brands and high-profile companies including Hyatt Hotels, AT&T and Cox Enterprises. Cynthia began her marketing career with advertising agencies Leo Burnett and DraftFCB, managing advertising for United Airlines, Pillsbury and SC Johnson. Cynthia graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois and a Master of Arts degree from Northwestern University.
