Denis Muskat
Chief Financial Officer
Denis was named Dohmen’s CFO in August 2011, after having served as Restat‘s Chief Financial Officer. As a seasoned industry professional, Denis spent over 30 years at various well-known health care organizations, including CVS/Caremark, Longs Drugs/RxAmerica, AARP Pharmacy Service, Caremark International, and Baxter International. Prior to starting his corporate career, he spent six years in the public accounting profession at a nationally prominent CPA firm.
In addition to extensive financial management skills, Denis brings a wealth of experience in corporate governance and administrative areas such as directing the underwriting, pharmacy networks, auditing, HR and IT functions of rapidly growing and changing organizations. His leadership and management skills are grounded in a focus on employees and a commitment to professional excellence.
Denis is a graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and state CPA societies.
