Mark Helvick
President, Restat
Mark Helvick became President of Restat in August 2011, after having served as Corporate Development Officer for Dohmen and as Restat’s CFO. Prior to joining Restat, Helvick held several executive roles (including President, COO and Senior Vice President) for two United Health Group subsidiaries, Optum Health Specialty Benefits, and National Benefit Resources, Inc. Earlier in his career he worked for several years for Assurant, an $8.5 billion financial services company, serving in a variety of executive positions including Vice President, Controller, and Senior Accounting Officer. He began his career working for Deloitte & Touche, managing field audits while serving as an Audit Supervisor and Actuarial Consultant. Mark graduated from Drake University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
