In November of 2009, Michael Italiano joined Dohmen as Senior Director, Corporate Development. With the goal of increasing the company’s economic value through strategic investment, Michael identifies, analyzes and develops business cases for potential acquisition opportunities and participates as a core member of the deal team.
Michael has a track record of success in analyzing, recommending and executing strategic and value-creating transactions. Prior to joining Dohmen, Michael held senior level management positions including leading Kimberly-Clark’s Global Alliances and Technology Acquisitions team and serving as Director of Corporate Development at Schwarz Pharma, Inc. where he was involved in a series of high-value transactions leading up to the ultimate sale of the Schwarz Group. He began his career with Deloitte & Touche and held various financial positions with Cooper Power Systems.
Michael earned a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of North Carolina and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Magna cum Laude) from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
