William (Bill) von Rohr
Chief Performance Officer
Bill von Rohr became Dohmen’s Chief Performance Officer in May 2009. As CPO, Bill is responsible for creating, benchmarking and communicating quality and compliance metrics across the enterprise to ensure aggressive growth doesn’t compromise Dohmen’s commitment to culture, values and reputation.
Bill previously served in a variety of executive leadership roles at DDN, a Dohmen subsidiary, including human resources, staff development and training, information systems, regulatory compliance, quality assurance and project management. Prior to joining DDN, Bill was employed at The Mutual Group, a group health and life insurance company, as the Director of Information Systems. Bill received a Bachelor of Science degree in Education with a minor in Physics from Illinois State University.
Personally Speaking – What are your favorite leisure-time activities?
“I enjoy music and used to play the banjo years ago. I want to get back into practicing this winter. Also, my wife and I love to take cruises. We’ve been to Italy, France, England and Norway, but we’d also like to visit the Eastern Mediterranean countries and Germany. I got the model railroad bug when I was a kid. I’ve never had the chance to build a real model railroad myself – but I will soon begin!”
